| New or potential projects are assessed at a free initial consultation. On the basis of the initial consultation we will then make an appropriate fee proposal based on the type, scale and complexity of the project.
We set out our services based on the RIBA Plan of Work, which divides the design and construction process into convenient Work Stages. Our services and fees are usually based on these Work Stages. If you are not sure on the scope of a project, or just require advice or assistance, we can look at providing a feasibility study in order to determine the parameters. In addition to the core architectural and interior design activities, we are also able to provide the following additional complementary services:
