brief
To extend, modernise and reconfigure a Victorian mid-terrace property.
concept
To create an additional 12.5 sq.m of space to include the kitchen, central heating, a storage area and garden access. The zinc clad insertion, between the flank wall and the party wall is the hub of the house. An opening was made in the flank wall to create a dining / living area and allow natural light into an adjacent games room.
